OUR WINES

Monomer BLUEBERRY

A medium-bodied wine capturing the fruit character of sun-warmed Georgia blueberries with bold aromas and a slightly sweet finish. Our blueberry wines more closely resemble traditional red wines than the sweet wine many expect.
Bottle $20

Back Beam BLUEBERRY

Our popular Monomer Blueberry wine is finished on oak and aged to perfection for 3-6 months. Oak-aging adds warm notes of toasted vanilla & caramel creating a rounder, more complex flavor profile with a subtle hint of smoke. Pairs beautifully with smoked meats & cheeses.
Bottle $20

MAPLE SYRUP (In Production – COMING SOON)
